Shipping & Returns
Each puzzle is made to order and ships within 10–15 days of order placement. Delivery time is additional.
Because your puzzle is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
If your puzzle arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is missing pieces, please contact hebespace@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. For missing pieces, please include a photo of the puzzle assembled as fully as possible.
